Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Engineer (Saudi National) to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring system stability, security, and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows / Linux environments).
Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and domain services.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Administer virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V).
Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
Manage Microsoft 365, email systems, and cloud services (Azure preferred).
Provide Level 2/3 technical support for internal users.
Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.
Implement IT policies and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Saudi National (Mandatory).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in system administration or infrastructure support.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments.
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware / Hyper-V).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred).
Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, Firewalls, VPN).
Relevant certifications (MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, Azure) are a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Preferred Skills
Experience with backup solutions and cybersecurity tools.
Knowledge of ITIL processes.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
